Nootropic stack Calculator
The "Nootropic stack" is a term used in online peptide communities to refer to a combination that includes Selank and Semax. This page provides dosage and reconstitution calculators for each peptide commonly referenced in this stack. Nothing on this page constitutes medical advice or a recommendation. Research peptides are not FDA-approved for human consumption and are labeled for research use only.

Nootropic stack dosage charts
Below is one dosage chart per component peptide. Each chart shows how the reconstitution math works across a range of sample dose levels. These are mathematical examples only, not recommendations.
Selank
| Sample dose | Concentration | Volume to draw | Units on U-100 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 190 mcg | 2.5 mg/mL | 0.076 mL | 7.6 |
| 380 mcg | 2.5 mg/mL | 0.152 mL | 15.2 |
| 750 mcg | 2.5 mg/mL | 0.3 mL | 30 |
| 1500 mcg | 2.5 mg/mL | 0.6 mL | 60 |
| 3000 mcg | 2.5 mg/mL | 1.2 mL | 120 |
For your own target dose, use the Selank calculator.
Semax
| Sample dose | Concentration | Volume to draw | Units on U-100 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 250 mcg | 3.33333 mg/mL | 0.075 mL | 7.5 |
| 500 mcg | 3.33333 mg/mL | 0.15 mL | 15 |
| 1000 mcg | 3.33333 mg/mL | 0.3 mL | 30 |
| 2000 mcg | 3.33333 mg/mL | 0.6 mL | 60 |
| 4000 mcg | 3.33333 mg/mL | 1.2 mL | 120 |
For your own target dose, use the Semax calculator.
How to reconstitute Nootropic stack peptides
Each peptide in the Nootropic stack follows the same reconstitution process: draw bacteriostatic water into a syringe, inject it slowly down the side of the peptide vial, swirl gently (do not shake), and store refrigerated. For peptide-specific notes on vial sizes and typical reconstitution volumes, see each component's page:
