Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information CalculatePeptide collects, how it is used, and the rights you have regarding your personal data. It applies to all pages on this site.

What we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the site and understand aggregate usage. Specifically:

  • Email addresses, if you voluntarily sign up for our email list (for example, to receive the reconstitution cheat sheet PDF). Email sign-ups are handled by our email service provider, Brevo (sendinblue.com).
  • Anonymized analytics data about pages visited, device/browser type, and referrers, collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site has problems. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors.
  • No calculator inputs. The reconstitution calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter (vial size, bacteriostatic water, dose, syringe type) are never sent to our servers and are not logged or stored anywhere.

How we use information

  • Email addresses are used only to send the content you signed up for (e.g., the cheat sheet) and occasional site updates if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses.
  • Aggregate analytics inform decisions about what content to improve, expand, or simplify. Analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles.

Third-party services

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can disable cookies in your browser or use an ad/analytics blocker — the site functions normally without them, and the calculator works regardless.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (primarily, your email address if you've signed up for the list). To exercise any of these rights, email us — see the Contact page for the address — and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

You can also unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. Brevo handles unsubscribe requests automatically.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page. The current version is always available here at /privacy.
